All Hobie® sunglasses and eyeglasses are warranted to the original purchaser against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, at Hobie®'s discretion, for the LIFETIME from date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Hobie® dealer. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase that were not compliant with the care and cleaning instructions, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.

Hobie® Eyewear will replace, at our discretion, any pair of Hobie® Eyewear manufactured and distributed by Eyeking, LLC. that falls within the guidelines of this warranty.

You will be responsible for shipping the product back to Hobie Polarized, along with subsequent return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state, province or territory.

Prescription (RX) Warranty -

Rx Lens Warranty: Prescription lenses are unable to be returned directly to Hobie® Eyewear. Please consult the original lab or third party from where you purchased the lenses to inquire about their return & warranty policies.

Rx Frame Warranty: Hobie® Eyewear carefully reviews any warranties that may be considered a manufacturer’s defect and will be replaced or repaired at Hobie® Eyewear’s discretion.
