Set forth below are the rules for the #CleanerWatersChallenge Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). This document sets forth the entry requirements, prize details, ownership of entries and other important rules governing the Sweepstakes (collectively, these “Official Rules”).

OFFICIAL RULES:
Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes (the “Sponsor”) is Eyeking LLC (d.b.a. Hobie® Eyewear), 400 Oser Avenue, Suite 1650, Hauppauge, NY 11788.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at March 13, 2026 and ends at 12:00 AM EST on July 14, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of the Sponsor, Fear My Heart, YETI, and their respective subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other related entities (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as members of such employees’ immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
How To Enter:
Method 1 – Social Entry (Free):
To receive one (1) entry during the Promotion Period:
- Clean up trash during your time on the water.
- Post a photo or video of your cleanup on Instagram or Facebook.
- Tag @FearMyHeart, @HobieEyewear, and @YETI.
- Include #CleanerWatersChallenge in the caption.
Each qualifying post equals one (1) entry. Multiple unique posts are permitted and will count as additional entries.
Limit one (1) entry per unique social post.
Method 2 – Purchase Bonus Entries:
Entrants who purchase either Hull Float or Hatch Float products via HobieEyewear.com during the Promotion Period may receive one (1) bonus entry by:
- Completing a qualifying social entry as described above; and
- Include provided 'FMH Entry Bag' and make visible in post; and
- Show your new Hobie shades in action.
Each qualifying submission will receive one (1) bonus entry.
Entries generated by automated means, scripts, or macro systems will be void.
The information provided by Entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes.
Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Winner”) will receive:

• Hobie® Eyewear products
• Carl Jocumsen Pro Jersey
• Fear My Heart apparel and gear
The prize may not be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind.
Sponsor will pay for shipment of the prize to a U.S. address provided by the Winner. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about January 5, 2027.
If a winning entry is found to be invalid or the Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via direct message and/or email. Winner must respond within five (5) days and provide required information. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, IRS Form W-9, and a Release of Liability/Publicity.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor and its partners to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes worldwide without additional compensation.
License: By submitting an entry, each Entrant grants Sponsor and its partners a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the entry for promotional purposes.
Liability/Release: By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Fear My Heart, YETI, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook or TikTok.
Rights of the Sponsor: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Privacy: Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://hobieeyewear.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Disputes / Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in a court located in Suffolk County, New York. New York law governs the Sweepstakes.
